Federal Tories taking liberties again

In the May 16, 2009 issue of The Globe and Mail was this article, “Ottawa’s plan to fingerprint those not yet charged comes under fire,” written by Steven Chase.  The article told of the Federal Tories’ attempt to enact legislation that would allow police to fingerprint and photograph people it had not yet charged.
