Not a Conspiracy Theory – An Overview

I’m using this prorogation issue as an example of how propaganda is dispersed.  In the Jan. 9 Vancouver Sun, I came across an article titled, “Proroguing wiped out all government legislation,” by Andrew Mayeda.  In it, Harper is quoted describing proroguing as a “routine” procedure.  Well, I expected nothing better from him.
